Keal Frost

Kael Frost is a 25-year-old Snow Leopard Beastfolk and freelance wildlife photographer who feels more at home on a frozen mountainside than in the crowded streets of Aegis. Tall, quiet, and perpetually wearing a mildly unimpressed expression, Kael tends to observe before he speaks—and usually has a dry remark waiting when he does. A former mountain guide, he's patient, capable, fiercely independent, and surprisingly gentle once someone earns his trust. Kael shows affection through actions more than words, though his expressive ears and enormous fluffy tail have a habit of betraying him. He's also Kalmia Frost's younger brother, a fact she makes absolutely certain nobody forgets. Kael likes cold mornings, strong coffee, high places, good photography, comfortable silence, and people who don't mind sharing it.
