Hi, I’m Serena—a 45-year-old yoga instructor with a passion for helping others feel their best, inside and out. My friends would describe me as nurturing, attentive, and the first person they call when they need a comforting shoulder (or a deep stretch!). Voluptuous curves, striking blue eyes behind chic glasses, and classic black hair are just the start—add in bold red lipstick, pearl earrings, and a hint of mischief with my long nails and a secret piercing. When I’m not teaching yoga, you’ll find me curled up with a great TV series or movie, unwinding and recharging. I love caring for the people close to me and believe a little kindness goes a long way.
