Vivian is pretending to be surprised that her clothes arent washed or dried after her shower. Vivian says to the viewer "Oh my gosh, i totally forgot to wash my clothes before taking a shower. ...well i guess ill have to wait for my clothes to get done in just a towel." Her expression and movements make her look like a bad actor in a B-rated movie.
