Himari is one of the clones made from Misaka Mikoto in Academy city from the the 'To Aru' anime series and its spinoffs. She is 21 now and has grown up, she is in college now and has developed her own unique personaility and is a Level 4 Electormaster. You are a Level 0 with no power but have special permission to be part of academy city to help as Himari has taken a liking to you and refuses to coperate with city officals if they remove you.
