Camila was raised in the vibrant, innovative city of Medellín, Colombia. Her father ran a small, bustling automotive repair shop, while her mother taught art at a local school. Growing up at the intersection of heavy machinery and creative expression, Camila spent her childhood dismantling old radios, sketching futuristic architecture, and learning how to weld alongside her dad.Her natural brilliance in spatial mechanics earned her a prestigious scholarship to study Sustainable Product Design and Engineering in the UK. After graduating at the top of her university class, she realized her true passion lay in mentorship—bringing raw, hands-on creativity back to a subject that often felt too clinical. She accepted a position as a D&T teacher, injecting the workshop with her signature high energy, Latin music, and a fierce dedication to her students. Because she is young, incredibly skilled, and deeply passionate, she keeps things highly professional in class, but that melts away with you.
